Rules

Although Infunity is amazing fun (the clue’s in the title!) we’ve gone out of our way to make everything as safe as possible, and we adhere to the most stringent safety standards across the whole facility.

Main Rules
  1. Infunity does not accept responsibility for the supervision of your children and cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.
  2. Staff only supervise the correct use of the equipment and do not take responsibility for your children nor are they a replacement for parental supervision. Please supervise your children at all times ensuring they are using the equipment correctly.
  3. We recommend all children use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play frames.
  4. We ask that the children follow all rules of play for the equipment. We especially ask that they use the correct frame for their age.
  5. Only children under 18 months are allowed in the Baby play frame.
  6. Only children under 3 years are allowed in the Toddler play frame.
  7. The maximum age for our Main play frame is 12 years old. We only recommend children over the age of 3 years to use the Main frame.
  8. We have a height restriction of 148cm. (If you’re unsure there is a height guide in our reception area).
  9. We only allow 18 years and over to be classed as the supervisor of children within the play centre. For any children we find unsupervised, we will contact the emergency services.
  10. Feel free to take pictures of your children having fun. Although, we do ask that any pictures you take do not include anyone else’s children. Management reserves the right to ask you to delete any pictures we find inappropriate or to stop taking pictures all together.
  11. Children who feel unwell must not use the play equipment.
  12. If your child produces any bodily fluids whilst on site, please inform a member of staff immediately who can clean the area.
  13. Please don’t allow your children to play in front of the slide exits.
  14. It is forbidden for children to climb on any of the netted walls and frame structure.
  15. There are to be no shoes worn on the frames at any point. Socks must be worn at all times, if you’ve forgotten yours, you can purchase some at reception.
  16. Long sleeves and trousers are recommended for safe play. Removal of all hard objects such as watches or belt buckles is also recommended.
  17. Please take care that money or valuable items do not fall out of pockets during play. If glasses are worn, slow down and take extra care.
  18. There is a zero tolerance to food or drink within the play frames.
  19. We ask for no chewing or bubble gum whilst at Infunity.
  20. Please do not consume your own food or drink within our premises. We have a strict nut-free policy. You will be asked to put anything not bought on site away. Refusal to do so will result in you being required to leave the premises without a refund.
  21. In the interest of Health & Safety please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillage to a member of staff so they can clean this up straight away.
  22. It is forbidden to smoke, vape or play with fire within the play centre. There is a designated smoking area at the front of the building. Staff will be happy to let you in and out of the magnetic gate.
  23. Please inform us if you or your child has any sort of accident, however minor it may be. One of our trained first aid team will attend. This will be logged and is an important part of the on-going safety audits.
  24. Nappy changing and the use of potties should be conducted in the baby changing areas. Place your nappies and wipes in the correct bin as indicated in the area.
  25. All damages to Infunity property either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff immediately.
  26. Infunity cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any vehicles or contents left in the car park. You leave your vehicles on site at your own risk.
  27. Please leave all valuables at home. Infunity cannot accept liability for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
  28. Lost property is kept at Infunity for one calendar month, after this time lost property will be donated to charity or disposed of.
  29. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at all times.
  30. Fighting, bullying, disruptive or destructive behaviour will not be tolerated at Infunity and you will be asked to leave.
  31. Report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff or the front of house manager. Do not attempt to intervene yourself.
  32. In case of problems, please talk to the front of house manager or member of staff who can try to resolve your problem for you whilst you are at the playcentre.
  33. If at any point you would like to contact us for feedback, compliments or feel your complaint hasn’t been dealt with effectively then please email info@infunity.co.uk.
Party Rules

Infunity’s ‘Rules of Play’ apply at all times during your party.

Booking your Party
  1. Party bookings can be made online, in house or over the phone by calling 01352 344030.
  2. Please consider booking your party in advance, Infunity can only host one party per time slot.
  3. Term-Time weekday parties can start at either 3:45pm or 4pm for a duration of 2 hours. Cosmic Hire (exclusive) is also available to start at 5pm for 2 hours.
  4. Weekend and Half-Term weekday parties can start at 9am, 11:15am, 1:30pm or 3:45pm for a duration of 2 hours. Cosmic Hire (exclusive) is also available to start at 5pm for 2 hours.
  5. Our Blast Off package can only be booked for the 9am party slot.
  6. Times cannot be adjusted under any circumstances.
  7. We will need to know your choice of package and take information and a deposit from you when booking.
  8. We require you to choose two food options upon booking, we cannot take these at a later date.
  9. There is a minimum of 10 children for all of our party packages. However, the Space 150 and Cosmic is priced for 20 children.
  10. When booking, we ask you to book for how many children you are inviting. This helps us determine staff and stock levels in preparation for your party. This does not tie you in to pay for all you have booked for. You are only charged for who attends on the day (terms apply).
  11. A deposit is required for all packages. Amount of deposit is dependent on the package and numbers booked for.
  12. If any of your party have special dietary requirements, please let us know well in advance of the party. Even though Infunity makes all efforts to ensure food is allergy free, Infunity accepts no responsibility for any allergic reaction that may occur as a result.
  13. If you have any extra activities attending your party for example a character, face painter or entertainer then please make us aware upon booking as we will be able to advise what time is best to book them.
  14. If outsourcing another activity, they will need to provide Infunity with proof of Public Liability Insurance and a Risk Assessment at least one week prior to the date of your party. Infunity cannot be held responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions or accidents caused by an independent entertainer or by the products they may use.
  15. Whether you book your party online, in house or over the phone a £50 deposit is required. This is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
  16. If you are booking the Cosmic Hire (£450) online, you will pay £50 upon booking and Infunity will then call you within 48 hours to take the further amount via the phone. If you book this package in house or over the phone the full amount is required up front.
  17. Parties can be transferred to a different date and/or time with at least 3 weeks’ notice before the original party date.
  18. We ask you to confirm attendance numbers at least 48-hours before your party. This includes the birthday child.
On the Day
  1. On the day of your party, we ask you not to arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your party booking. Please ask your guests to arrive at the designated party time. This is due to our strict time slots.
  2. You are free to decorate the room as you wish, although we ask for no Blu-Tak or Sellotape on our painted walls.
  3. You will only be charged for the amount of children that attend on the day. However, if this is less than 10 for the Blast Off, Planet or Galaxy, you will still be required to pay for the minimum of 10 children. There is no refund if less than 20 attend your Space 150 or Cosmic party.
  4. Please provide a list of names when you arrive, this allows us to make the entry for your party a lot quicker. There is a PDF list available to download on our party page of the website.
  5. If parents choose to leave their child under your supervision it is your responsibility to obtain a contact number for their parent/guardian.
  6. We ask that you ensure there is at least 1 adult on site for every 6 children in your party.
  7. Any siblings attending the party and not on your list will be charged at the normal admission fee. They are not permitted to join the party for games or food. If they would like to join in with the party then they will be charged at the party package price and we must receive confirmation from yourself that you are happy with this.
  8. If we are told the child is invited and you haven’t provided us with a guest list, the party head fee will be added to your balance.
  9. If your package is the Space 150 and you do not have 20 children for the party, we cannotmake the extra food for those children that are outstanding. For example, if you only have 10 children, we will not be able to make a further 10 plates of food.
  10. Please discuss any particular party games you wish to play with your party host. If no games are discussed the party host will play games of their own choosing or none at all.
  11. If you have your own ideas which you’d like us to incorporate into your party, please just let us know. We’re always open to suggestions.
  12. Your party host is dedicated to assist you for the whole duration, to ensure the party, play time and food runs smoothly. If you have any questions, please let them know when they brief you at the start.
  13. We recommend you bring a large bag to store your child’s birthday presents in. We have dedicated shelving in the party room for you to use.
  14. Your final payment will be made on the day of the party. If your package includes a card and free entry voucher it will be given to you upon the final payment. Please ensure you collect this as once the party is over and you have left, we are not obliged to provide this at a later date.
  15. Please check the payment fully and query anything before paying. Once the final payment is received, we cannot refund if there has been a mistake made.
  16. Failure to pay the final balance will result in us outsourcing to our credit control company.
  17. If you have pre-ordered our party boxes and wish to add extra items, please provide everything to your party host at the start of your party.
  18. Finally, don’t forget the cake and candles. If you would like your cake cutting and wrapping by your party host, please provide napkins. Please ensure your cake is nut free as we are a nut free site and also ensure the cake size will cater for the amount of children attending the party.
  19. No other food or drink is permitted into Infunity except your cake, and the cake must not be consumed on site.
  20. When your party slot is over, please promptly gather your belongings and head towards the exit to allow the next party to commence.
