That’s up to you! We do not require you to book, you can turn up for your 2 hours play at any time between 9am and 6pm. Last entry for your 2 hours play is 4pm, although out strict last entry to the playcentre is 5:15pm. However, if you would like to pre book, please follow this link: Soft Play

Play is restricted to 2 hours. However, if you have a membership your play is unlimited.

Yes, we have free car parking at Infunity directly on site.

We accept cash or all major debit and credit cards. However, we cannot accept payments through American Express. There is no minimum spend. We can offer cashback at a small fee.

We recommend that all children wear long sleeves and long trousers. Socks MUST be worn on the play frames. Forgot your socks? Don’t worry you can purchase some here.

No, we have our own fully functioning café which offers a selection of hot and cold beverages, snacks, sandwiches and sweet treats alongside our freshly cooked choices from the menu. We are a strict nut free site. You are politely asked that no outside food or drink be brought into the play centre. The only exception is pureed baby food and baby milk.

Yes, we pride ourselves on being as inclusive as possible and always hold a range of “free from” foods in stock, please speak to a member of staff for further details.

Yes, we have a baby change facility in the disabled toilet and in the women’s toilet. Highchairs are available for anyone to use from the main floor area.

Yes, you are responsible for ensuring your child’s safety and are responsible for their well-being at all times. Staff will always do their best to supervise the play areas but if you find any children misbehaving or over the age of a dedicated play frame, then please inform a staff member, who will then be happy to assist you.

We have facilities that are suitable for ages from new born to 12 years old.

Which include dedicated play frames for under 18 months and under 3 years.

There are trained first aiders on site, however they are not there to make any medical decisions. Should your child have any injuries that need further support, please take them to accident and emergency services for further assessment. In the event that a first aider is unavailable other staff will still be happy to assist in providing the equipment needed to help.

Yes, we have a party room where games, food and cake celebrations take place. Parents are reserved 2 tables for adults’ guests to sit at.

Yes, all belongings that are found at Infunity are kept in lost property for approximately one month.
